Dyad Coaching
Some relationships are too important to leave to chance.
A dyad is simply two people in relationship. A parent and adult child. A parent and a mature teenager who is ready to take personal responsibility. Two business partners. Two people who care deeply about one another and want to create a relationship that works.
Dyad Coaching is about prevention.
Too often, we wait until resentment has built, communication has broken down, or conflict has become the norm before we seek support. But what if we could be more intentional from the beginning?
Especially in business partnerships, people can be so excited about an idea, a shared vision, or the possibility of success that they don’t stop to design the relationship itself. Who makes which decisions? How will we communicate when we disagree? What are our individual strengths and blind spots? How do we want to handle money, power, expectations, and accountability? What happens when one of us changes?
The same is true in families.
Dyad Coaching creates a space for two people to slow down, tell the truth, listen deeply, clarify expectations, and take personal responsibility for the relationship they are creating together.
This isn’t about deciding who is right or wrong.
It’s about learning how to be in relationship with one another more consciously.
Because whether you are building a business, raising a child into adulthood, or finding a new way to relate to someone you love, the relationship itself deserves attention and care.
Don’t wait for the relationship to break down before you learn how to build it well.
